Funding Arrangement

Stage 1 

Prior to any detailed discussions, Pertula Life will undertake an appropriate level of due diligence on prospective funding organisations. This is essential given the nature of the technology and its significant potential to create wide-ranging impact.

Once this process is complete, a comprehensive overview of the strategy, technology, market, organisational structure, and overall business opportunity will be shared with selected prospective partners.

Stage 2

 Initial funding will support the development of a working prototype, as well as the finalisation of product development, strategic planning, and preparation for production. 

 The funding model is based on forecasts indicating a viable business within six months, alongside longer-term development associated with future product variations.
